Will you send me updates and notifications?

Our SMS service reminds you when and how much to pay along with providing you with other relevant updates about your account.

What happens if I decide to close my DebitBox account?

We would hate to lose you but if for any reason you decide to close your DebitBox account we will refund your current balance to a nominated bank account within 7 days of receiving written notification of withdrawal.

You will also need to advise your billers of a change of contact details.
